1998 Martin Sam Ash 100th Anniversary Commemorative Limited Edition Acoustic Guitar
One of only 4 examples ever produced with serials ranging from 626486 - 626489, this very limited run of guitars was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Sam Ash Music chain. Constructed using highly flamed maple back and sides( very rare for Martin ), sitka spruce tops, ebony boards with modified snowflake inlays, ebony bridges, and finished in natural, these guitars certainly stand apart from any other traditional Martin model. This first serial number of the run example is in overall excellent condition, displaying very little player wear of any kind. If held in the right light there are a few small indentions and couple small scratches but nothing significant at all. This is a true collectable that will be hard to find anywhere! Comes complete with its original hardshell case and copy of the factory build sheet from Martin. Please email or call with any questions.
