1980 Marshall JMP 50 MKII Tube Head and Basketweave 1960A Extension Cabinet
Marshall stacks have served as the backdrop for generations of rock concerts, from garage shows to the biggest stadiums. There is just no denying the look - or the sound - that a Marshall stack brings to the table...which is why we will always recommend them to any guitarist looking to up their gigging game!
Head:
The Marshall JMP 50 MKII is one of the most loved amplifiers of the 80s, and this 1980 version is a shining example of why. This all-tube beast packs 50 Watts of huge, Class A/B British tone, and is full of 80s power and chime. The 40-year tolex on this head is in excellent condition, with no rips or tears, and despite some light rusting here and there, this is a very clean piece of vintage gear.
Cabinet:
This 1980 basketweave 1960A slant cab is in overall fantastic condition, displaying only a few minor small rips and scratches. It is loaded with it's four original Marshall labeled G12-65s - which sound fantastic, especially when paired with a Marshall head (like the one it's pictured with). Truly a great addition to start building your own personal wall of sound!
